Accommodation will be arranged for all participants in the Astarea Hotel Mlini, same hotel where the conference hall is located.

Booking procedure
The booking of accommodation will be possible only after your registration fee has been paid in full. Once the money arrives to our account, you will be contacted by the hotel to confirm/edit the accommodation options you have chosen in the online registration form and to provide them with credit card details as a guarantee of your booking. Payment will be effectuated onsite.
If you have received the bursary covering the accommodation costs, you will only be asked to confirm your dates and possibly the name of your roommate. We will take care of the costs.

Terms and conditions
The prices given in the table above are exclusively negotiated for the registered participants of the HTCC4 (including the registered accompanying persons), and given per person per day on the half board basis (overnight, buffet breakfast and buffet dinner). All participants will have an option to upgrade to a full board, by adding the buffet lunch to the package. As a rule, the prices are valid for the duration of the HTCC4 (from Oct. 1st to 6th, 2019), but in case of the flight arrangements requiring extension of the stay, and/or an earlier arrival, the prices will be retained (pending on the availability and within the reasonable off-days limits).
Cancellation policy
You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 14 days prior to the day of announced arrival. If you do so less than 14 days and more than 48 hours prior to the announced day of arrival, the hotel will charge you for one night. In case of No Show or cancellation less than 48 hours prior to the day of the announced arrival, the hotel will charge your credit card for the entire booked stay.
