Registration fee for OLEX2 A2Z workshop covers:
- Access to all educational sessions
- Coffee breaks
- Welcome drink
All registered participants of the OLEX2 A2Z workshop have access to reduced, specially negotiated prices of accommodation and meals onsite.
Registration fees are:
| Early bird (until Jan. 31st, 2026 at 23:59 CET | 300 € |
| Regular (from Feb. 1st, 2026 at 0:00 CET | 360 € |
To register, please fill out the Registration form below and click on the “Register” button at the end of it. You will shortly receive a confirmation email, as well as an email with a link for online card payment (the latter may take a day or two to reach you). When you complete the payment, you are registered for the OLEX2 A2Z workshop.
Please note that it is entirely your responsibility to book and pay for accommodation. For the options onsite, visit the “Accommodation” section of this website.
Cancellation policy for the registration fee payments:
| Until Feb. 28th, 2026 at 23:59 CET | 70% of original payment refunded |
| From March 1st, 2026 at 0:00 CET | No refund under any circumstances |
If the event is cancelled by the organizers, for whatever reason may be, registration fees will be refunded in full.
