Diversity, Equality and Inclusion Statement We, Croatian Association of Crystallographers as a professional society, as well as the gatherings we organize, welcome all bona fide crystallographers and scientists working in the related fields, regardless of their ethnic origin, race, citizenship, language, political views, gender, sex, sexual preferences, physical disabilities and age. We believe that creating a culture of diversity, equality and inclusion is not just the right thing to do, but also a smart one. A working environment in which everyone feels comfortable, included and equal to others is a stimulating and encouraging one. We are aware that creating such an environment is not a matter of a mere decision (or even determination), but of a long-term and dedicated work.
