Registration and abstract submission
Registration, abstract submission, bursary application, and payments are handled through a one-stop-shop, our online registration system MyHTCC5. Please follow the link below to create your profile, register, pay your registration fee, submit your abstract and apply for the bursary. You can easily modify your account in due time, taking account of the relevant deadlines. IF you encounter any problems, please do give us a shout at info@htcc5.org.
Language. English is the official language of the Conference.
Badge. Your badge is your admission to the scientific sessions, coffee breaks and social events. Participants are kindly requested to wear it at all times at the conference venue.
Registration fee payments. Registration fees are to be paid by credit card. In exceptional cases, upon request, we shall allow for a payment by bank transfer.
VISA. Participants requiring a VISA to travel to Croatia are kindly asked to contact the consulary section of the Croatian embassy in the country of residence. It is the responsibility of the participant to obtain a VISA. Please consider that obtaining a VISA may require from two to six weeks from the date of application. The letter of invitation can only be issued to participants who have paid the conference registration fee. Letter of invitation has to be requested via MyHTCC5. Climate. The climate in Dubrovnik is typical Mediterranean. The average temperature in April is 13-19 °C.
Currency, credit cards and banking information. From 1 January 2023 the official currency of the Republic of Croatia is EURO (€). Automatic teller machines (ATMs) are available everywhere, and credit cards are widely accepted.
Liability. The organizers cannot accept the liability for injury or damage involving people and property during the HTCC5. Participants are advised to take out their own personal travel and health insurance for their trip.
